The Oregon Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (OCEP) takes the issue of privacy very seriously.

OCEP does not sell, distribute, barter, or transfer personally identifiable information obtained from a web visitor user to a third party. Any information collected on any OCEP website will only be used for the purpose stated. Only those who ask for information from us will receive email communications from us.

OCEP members who provide us with an email address may be added to OCEP email list or certain other private lists. The OCEP email list is only for important American College of Emergency Physicians communications, such newsletters and membership updates. You will not receive third-party advertising or promotional material on this list.

OCEP does not sell or distribute your email address to third parties, such as outside commercial, charitable, or professional organizations, under any circumstances. You can remove your email address from our files at any time. FEES

Fees for OCEP membership are non-refundable once submitted.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation must be received 48 hours in advance. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from the registration refund.
